KALAMAZOO (WKZO) -- Officials with the Kalamazoo travel community have mixed reviews about Southwest Airlines' arrival at Gerald R. Ford International Airport in Grand Rapids.  The airline announced Monday it would begin offering service from Grand Rapids this summer.  Some believe it will drive down costs in the region, while others believe it may have little effect on Kalamazoo travelers who generally check all of their nearby options before booking.
