MARSHALL (WKZO) -- Floods have been a problem in other communities where snow melt and heavy rains last week overwhelmed storm sewers and creeks. There's been a completely different kind of flood at Calhoun County’s administration building in Marshall, where it is estimated that a burst water pipe has done about a million dollars in damage.
Officials say the pipe burst on January 4th and they have been drying out the building ever since. Building renovations are being paid for by with insurance money.
