KALAMAZOO (WKZO) -- After several hours of interviews Monday night, Kalamazoo City Commissioners chose Bob Murray and Associates to do the bulk of their search for a new City Manager.  They voted by just a one vote margin to enter negotiations with the California-based executive head hunting firm, and once the final contract is approved and signed, the search will begin.  Current City Manager Ken Collard has opted to take advantage of the city's early retirement plan later this year.
