LANSING (WKZO) -- Two more Michigan residents have been confirmed to have fungal meningitis related to tainted steroids used to treat back pain.  The Michigan Department of Community Health says the new cases bring the state total to 243, including 12 deaths.  Three additional Michigan residents have died, with their deaths counted in Indiana cases because that's where they received treatment.
