CHARLESTON TOWNSHIP  (WKZO) -- A Kalamazoo County Couple is dead after their pick-up truck went off East Michigan Avenue at the I-94 viaduct near the Eaton Corporation, east of Galesburg at about 5PM Saturday.

County Deputies say it appears the married couple, both aged 48, were eastbound when their pick-up went out of control as it passed under the viaduct and then went off the road and rolled over.

The name of the couple from Charleston Township isn’t being released, pending the notification of relatives.

They are investigating to see if weather and the road surface may have contributed to the crash.
