DETROIT (WKZO) -- While sales continue to falter in Europe, General Motors' U.S. sales remain strong. The automaker announced their January sales were up by 16-percent over last year with nearly 200-thousand vehicles sold.
Cadillac sales skyrocketed by 47-percent while Buick saw an increase of 32-percent. Truck sales continued their pace at GMC with a 23-percent jump. Chevrolet sales were eleven-percent higher for the month.
