FLINT (WKZO) -- The United Auto Workers union says it's working on eliminating the two-tier wage system. Under those rules, newer auto workers are paid about half of veteran workers' wages. UAW official Norwood Jewell says unless foreign-auto workers in the south are trained to better standards, the two-tier system can't be eliminated.
