KALAMAZOO (WKZO) -- Kalamazoo's Ministry with Community will be holding its annual Underwear Open House this month. Ministry with Community's Rob Oakleaf says that this is the 14th year for the event.
Oaklead tells us that the goal is to collect donations of underwear, thermal shirts, socks, gloves, and sweatshirts. All items donated must be new, and Oakleaf says large sizes are often needed.
The open house will be Monday, December fifth, from five to eight PM at the Lawrence Education Center on the Borgess Medical Center campus. They'll have food, a jazz band, and a raffle, as well as a chance for everyone to take part in Soap for Hope.
