CLARENCE (WKZO) -- Nearly one hundred marijuana plants were seized on Sunday in Calhoun County’s Clarence Township. The plants were observed by a Michigan State Police Air Unit in the 23-thousand block of 29 1/2 Mile Road.
93 of the plants were taken from a location where deputies identified two suspects while in a separate grow, another five plants were seized and one suspect identified. The two grow sites were about a quarter a mile apart
The Sheriff’s Department will be seeking warrants for manufacturing marijuana through the Calhoun County Prosecutor’s Office.
