GRAND HAVEN (WKZO) -- Grand Haven schools are bringing back ten teachers who were laid off in June. District officials blamed the Affordable Care Act for the job cuts, and have found budget cuts to allow them to afford bringing them back. The delay of a key portion of the federal healthcare reform also helped the decision.
