KALAMAZOO (WKZO) -- Next Thursday, some local restaurants will donate at least 25 percent of their profits to support AIDS research, prevention, and assistance. It's called Dining Out for Life, and it's been done for five years now in the area.
David Feaster, Director of Community AIDS Resource and Education, says it's a way for people to help support a good cause when they visit some of their favorite restaurants.
Feaster added that the restaurants to take part in Dining Out for Life report their business increases on that day, so it's worth their while to donate 25 percent. You can find a list of all the participating local businesses at www.DiningOutforLife.com .
