GRAND RAPIDS (WKZO) -- Another hearing on the marijuana-decriminalization amendment is April 24th. Grand Rapids city officials say they want clarification on the language, while DCGR's legal counsel Jack Hoffman says they're trying to override the voters' approval.
Proposal 2 is supposed to take effect May 1st. It makes smoking or possessing marijuana a civil infraction instead of a misdemeanor.
