GRAND RAPIDS (WKZO) -- Fifth Third Bank is warning customers not to reply to text or email messages claiming their accounts are being cancelled or suspended. A bank spokesman says the messages are being sent by someone who is trying to gain access to customers' account information. Anyone that receives such a message is asked to directly contact Fifth Third Bank.
