EAST LANSING (WKZO) -- MIRS News is reporting that a jury in East Lansing has found Representative Bob Genetski guilty of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. The Republican from Saugatuck was arrested on January 19th around 1 a.m. following Governor Rick Snyder's State of the State address after he was pulled over for speeding and he refused a breathalyzer after taking a field sobriety test. The two-term lawmaker could be sentenced up to as many as 90 days in jail.
