BATTLE CREEK (WKZO) -- The Battle Creek City Commission has scrubbed plans for a community discussion Wednesday evening on the controversial handling of a drunk driving case involving two police officers and allegations that was mishandled by police lieutenant.  Some say it's been canceled in order to make it difficult to prosecute them.  It's been delayed because of the ongoing investigation into the matter by Michigan State Police and the Prosecutors Office.
