MUSKEGON (WKZO) -- The U.S. Coast Guard is offering a reward of one-thousand dollars for the arrest and conviction of whoever pointed a green laser at a helicopter on a training mission in Muskegon.  The incident happened August 17th when someone pointed the beam at the chopper from the shore of Lake Michigan at Pioneer Park.  The laser disrupted the training exercise, and the Coast Guard said a group of people scattered when crew shined a light on them.
