LANSING (WKZO) -- Michigan energy supplies will be enough to meet the expected demand this winter.  That's according to the Michigan Public Service Commission, which predicts total electricity sales in 2012 will be higher by1.4-percent over the previous year due to higher industrial and commercial use.  Residential electric use is expected to be relatively flat compared to a year ago.

The state energy appraisal has been done every year since 1978.
