GALESBURG (WKZO) -- The police investigation into a violent confrontation between former Galesburg-Augusta transportation supervisor Heidi Mullen and a seven-year-old student is complete.

The case has been turned over to the prosecutor's office for their review and a decision whether any charges should be filed is expected.  A shaky cell phone video shows the boy being physically slammed against the windows of the moving school bus.

Mullen was fired soon after the video appeared on YouTube.  She claims she has her own video, showing the child's behavior in the minutes leading up to the incident, and that it was turned over to investigators.
