PETOSKEY (WKZO) -- Petoskey's "Batman" says he's not guilty.  Mark Wayne Williams pled not guilty Thursday to charges of resisting and obstructing a police investigation.  The "Petoskey News" reports Williams was arrested while dressed as the comic book superhero in late September when he allegedly wouldn't leave the scene of an accident.  He could be in prison for as many as 15 years if convicted because he is an habitual offender.
