HOLLAND (WKZO) -- The Ottawa County Prosecutor's office says the Holland Township man who started an apartment fire by using a torch to burn off the fur of a dead squirrel won't face charges.  The man was using the propane torch on the rodent on his deck, preparing the animal to be cooked by burning off its fur.  The resulting fire destroyed a building at the ClearView Apartment complex on Wednesday.
