OAKLAND (WKZO) -- The Detroit Tigers are in Oakland looking to move on to the American League Championship series this evening.  The Tigers currently lead the Oakland Athletics 2-1 in the series and can secure their 3rd trip since 2006 to the ALCS with a win.  

Max Scherzer is on the hill and looking for his first playoff win of 2012.
