(DETROIT, MI) (1660 THE FAN) - The last time the Detroit Tigers made it to the World Series, it was 2006, and they went through the Oakland Athletics. Coco Crisp smacked a game-winning single, as Oakland won in its last at-bat for the 15th time this season. The loss evens Detroit with the A's, 2 games all, with the deciding game Thursday night.
