LANSING (WKZO) -- The Snyder administration is touting a report from the nonpartisan Tax Foundation ranking the state 12th nationally for business tax climate.  The state was 18th a year ago, with Wyoming having the most business-friendly tax code.  The worst is New York.  Last year, state lawmakers replaced the Michigan Business Tax with a six-percent flat corporate income tax.
