BATTLE CREEK (WZKO) -- Battle Creek Police may charge a 31-year-old drug dealer from Kalamazoo with a new set of charges this week, after arresting him on a set of old ones last week.
They suspect he was high on something when he rolled into the drive-in line in a fast food restaurant in the 2500 block of Capital Avenue just before 4AM Thursday morning.
They found a bag of marijuana in his pants along with $600 cash. At first he gave police a false name, which they suspected was a phony because he couldn’t spell the middle name he gave.
They determined his real I.D. and learned he has 6 outstanding warrants for driving without a license, child support and violating probation. They found another bag of Marijuana in a back-pack along with scales and a list of his customers.
Tests are being conducted on the seized drugs.
