ALBION (WKZO) -- Albion Public Safety officials and the Silent Observer Program in eastern Calhoun County are offering a 200-dollar reward for information that brings the latest serial criminals to justice.  Someone has been spray painting graffiti on private and public buildings, as well as cutting strands of lights on the Christmas tree downtown.  Anyone with information is asked to call it in.
