CASCADE (WKZO) -- The FBI is investigating after a suspicious substance was discovered at Zondervan in Cascade Township.  Officials say it came in an envelope through the U.S. Postal Service Tuesday morning, but it was not hazardous.  Fire departments and a hazardous-materials team came to the site on Patterson Avenue Southeast to test the substance, which they say is "crystal."
