DETROIT (WKZO) -- The two staff members of ex-U.S. Congressman Thaddeus McCotter entered pleas of no contest in court Tuesday morning. Former Deputy Director Don Yowchuang pleaded no contest to ten felony counts against him while Paul Seewald pleaded no contest to nine misdemeanor charges.
The pair allegedly falsified election petitions so McCotter's name would be on the ballot. The discovery of the fake documents led to McCotter's resignation.
The pair will be sentenced in Wayne County Court on January 18th.
