HARTFORD (WKZO) -- Van Buren County prosecutors have charged 27-year-old Tiffani Oliver of South Haven with multiple felonies following a pre-dawn Sunday police chase near Hartford.

A routine traffic stop turned into a chase when a Hartford officer confronted the woman about a false driver’s license, and suffered minor injuries when he was dragged as she pulled away. Police say after a high speed pursuit that ended in a crash and a foot chase thru a wooded area, she scuffled with deputies before surrendering.

Oliver is charged with fleeing and eluding, resisting and obstructing, assaulting a police officer and driving under the influence. Bond was set at $10,000.
