LANSING (WKZO) -- Michigan's economy is expected to grow over the next couple years.
According to the annual University of Michigan economic forecast, Michigan will add nearly 51-thousand jobs in 2013 and 63-thousand in 2014. For this year, the state is predicted to end up adding about 46-thousand jobs.
Economists project a continuing period of moderate growth over the next two years. Even with that growth, officials say the state will have recovered just one-third of the jobs lost between 2000 and 2009.
