KALAMAZOO (WKZO) -- Huge crowds turned out for the annual Holiday Parade in Kalamazoo in near perfect weather for a November Morning in Michigan, with mild temperatures and Big crowds estimated as large as 35-thousand, turned out to jumpstart the holiday season.

There were big balloons, parade entries lots of bands and unusual sights to see. And the first annual appearance by Santa Claus topped off the event.

People stood 4 or 5 people deep to watch the parade go by.
