KALAMAZOO (WKZO) -- The trial for the two men charged with the brutal beating death of Kalamazoo Antiques Dealer Robert Medema has apparently been pushed back until February.
It had been scheduled to begin next week, but the lawyer assigned to one of the suspects claims he has a conflict because his family has done business with the victim.
There is also some DNA evidence that remains backlogged in a State Lab. Suspects John Aguilar and Antonio Livingston will remain in custody until then.
They are charged with causing his death last August during a home invasion at Medema's house on Oakland Drive.
