GRAND RAPIDS (WKZO) -- A pair of West Michigan businessmen have entered not guilty pleas in federal court in Grand Rapids to tax fraud charges.
Chad Chertos and Gregory VanDyke, both of White Cloud, were arraigned this week on 17 and 16 charges, respectively. They are accused of filing false claims on the tax returns of clients.
The indictment alleges they requested tax credits for clients who were not eligible for them.
