DETROIT (WKZO) -- A Rochester Hills Man who was accused of hacking into his then wife's email account is suing Oakland County, claiming his Constitutional rights were violated.  Leon Walker filed the federal lawsuit Thursday and is asking for unspecified damages for what he alleges to be unwarranted investigation, malicious prosecution and abuse of county resources.

Walker, an Oakland County employee, was charged in March for accessing his wife's email without permission.  He claimed he found her password and then proof in her messages that she was having an affair.  The charges were eventually dropped and couple has since divorced.
