LANSING (WKZO) -- A new poll shows Public Act 4 may be on its way out. The numbers show 43-percent plan to vote to toss out the emergency manager law with 35-percent wanting it kept in place. The poll was done for the "Detroit Free Press." Emergency financial managers are in place in Benton Harbor, Pontiac, Allen Park, and the Detroit and Muskegon Heights school districts among others.
