OCEANA COUNTY (WKZO) -- A Shelby man is in jail, facing charges in the death of his estranged wife.  Oceana County sheriff's deputies say a 39-year-old man struck and killed the 37-year-old woman with his pickup truck on Fox Road yesterday, then ran down a man that was with her.

The surviving victim is in critical condition at a local hospital.  The as yet unidentified suspect is charged with manslaughter with other charges pending.
