LANSING (WKZO) -- Medical privacy laws are preventing the state from revealing why there are 44 medical marijuana cards issued to children under 18-years-old in the state of Michigan, but advocates say they may be for cases of terminal illness. Three of them are reportedly under age 10.
A petition drive to legalize marijuana in Michigan for everyone launched in January, but its current status is unknown. Organizers need to collect 300-thousand valid signatures to get it on the ballot.
