ALBION (WKZO) -- An Albion High School Music Teacher has been charged with two counts of first degree criminal sexual conduct for allegedly having sex with a 15-year-old girl on more than one occasion. The girl apparently came forward with her mother on Tuesday. 31-year-old Bowen Wall was immediately suspended and formally charged on Saturday after a warrant was issued on Friday and he turned himself in. Its not clear if the girl was a student in any of his classes. The incidents allegedly happened away from school property.School officials refused comment, but Interim Superintendent Bobbi Morehead did issue a written statement.“Albion public Schools does not tolerate any unprofessional conduct by any of our employees. Albion Public Schools is committed to due process for all employees.”“The main mission of Albion Public Schools is the educational development of our students in a safe environment. We will continue to strive to make sure all of our students are receiving a quality education in a safe environment.”
