GRAND HAVEN (WKZO) -- Grand Haven officials are entertaining offers from developers interested in jump starting construction on the Grand Landing project. The site has sat undeveloped since 2008, when the real estate market crashed and forced the original developers out of the project.
Original plans for Grand Landing included a hotel, restaurants and offices. Grand Haven officials are hoping to have work begin soon, so the city can start repaying bonds used for infrastructure upgrades.
