CASS COUNTY  (WKZO) --   An elderly driver may face charges, or perhaps a citation after he struck an injured a 23-year-old Union man as he walked along Sunset Boulevard near Pleasant Drive in Cass County’s PorterTownship about 10:40 Saturday morning.

Cass County Deputies say Nathaniel Gibson was walking along the shoulder of the road when 80-year-old Jimmy Emerick of Three Rivers allegedly struck him.   Deputies say it doesn’t appear alcohol was involved, but it remains under investigation.
