GRAND RAPIDS (WHTC) - A Holland man is facing a 13-count federal indictment on charges he bilked investors of more than 1-point-5 million dollars over a three-year period. The mail fraud indictment against Jeffrey Curtis Folkert was announced by the U.S. District Court in Grand Rapids. U.S. Attorney Donald Davis says Folkert used his computer consulting business, iStorm Solutions LLC, to take in money from family, friends and acquaintances, telling them the money was being invested in a Google advertising business. Davis says in truth, Folkert used the vast amount of the money for personal expenses.
