KALAMAZOO (WKZO) -- A Kalamazoo man who led police on a high speed chase across much of Kalamazoo County early Tuesday morning is being held on 50-thousand dollars bond, mostly because 33-year-old Jeromie Jordan was wanted on a number of outstanding warrants before police spotted him commit a traffic infraction near the WMU Campus.
He has been charged with fleeing and eluding in the second degree because it endangered lives and the chase ended in a crash.
The Chase started in Kalamazoo and ended in rural southern Kalamazoo County and only after a total of 6 police departments had joined the chase.Jordan’s next hearing is set for May 15th.
