The Hollywood star will be on location filming his upcoming movie Oblivion when he marks the age milestone on 3 July (12), but he's hoping to get steal some time away from the set to celebrate his big day in his own way.

He tells America's People magazine, ""Growing up it was a dream of mine to travel the world. I'll be working (on my birthday), but not to the detriment of family time. Despite our schedules, we're together all the time...

Holmes will be busy working on a film of her own this summer (12) but Cruise is considering another family vacation to get connected with nature once they both get a break in their schedules.
