GRAND RAPIDS (WKZO) -- A Federal Judge says Harold Ordway will be staying in Jail.His attorneys had petitioned the court, claiming that the only reason he was being held was because he was suspected in the disappearance and deaths of two former roommates but had not been charged.The body of Michael VanBuskirk has been found, but all that has been found of Paul Atchley was a large blood stain on a mattress in the bed of Ordway’s pickup truck.Judge Janet Neff says Ordway was charged with being a felon in possession of a gun and a man with mental issues, which made him a danger to the community and a flight risk. Motion denied.
