LANSING (WKZO) -- Michigan is one of seven more states granted a waiver from No Child Left Behind.  There are now 32-states that have been granted the waivers in exchange for state-developed plans to prepare students for college and careers.  The other states affected by this most recent announcement are Arizona, Kansas, Mississippi, Oregon and South Carolina as well as the District of Columbia.
