DETROIT, MI (1660 THE FAN) - Short memory, these Tigers have. Tuesday night's 13-0 embarrassment in the rear view mirror, Detroit rode steady hitting, and another great outing from Doug Fister, as they defeated the LA Angels 7-2 at Comerica Park Wednesday night. Prince Fielder and Brennan Boesch each drove in two runs, and Fister continued to look like the 2011 edition, allowing only one run, two hits, and striking out 10 over 8 innings of work. Even Ryan Raburn got in on the fun, starting a four-run 2nd inning with a single. The final game of the four-game set is Thursday afternoon, with broadcast time on AM 590 WKZO set for 12:40.
