KALAMAZOO (WKZO) -- The Kalamazoo County Elections commission has rejected the language on proposed recall petitions, targeting four Galesburg Augusta school trustees, and in fact ruled that two of the board members, including chair Bob Kinas can’t be recalled because they are in the last 6 months of their terms. The Electors call the petition language vague and confusing.
The parents, who are angry about a raise for the Superintendent and proposals to privatize janitors and bus drivers can do a rewrite and pursue recalls against the other two if they wish.
