BATTLE CREEK, MI (WKZO) -- It is one sick case of sexual abuse that spanned two states, and now there has been a second arrest. Last August, Ashley Jessup, formerly of Battle Creek was arrested in Columbus, Ohio after State Police say she video-taped a sexual assault on her own infant son, allegedly at the request of her 24-year-old boyfriend in the Cereal City, and e-mailed it to him.
His ex-girlfriend accessed his E-mail, found the video, and immediately called police. They seized his cell-phone and found stills from the video in its memory. Warrants were issued and he was arrested in Pennfield Township Monday evening. He is sitting in the County Jail. His name is being withheld until formal charges are filed
