HASTINGS (WKZO) --There will be no charges against a west Michigan teacher who used a container of hot tea to break up a fist fight between two boys in a hallway at Hastings High School. 

After reflection - and because it didn't cause any lasting injuries -  no one, including, parents, the police or the prosecutor, wanted to press charges. 

The teacher had been on leave with pay.
