LANSING, Mich (WLMI)  The owner of a Lansing medical marijuana clinic has been found ‘not guilty’ of violating election laws.  34 year old Shekina Pena was acquitted yesterday—she was charged with offering patients free marijuana in exchange for registering to vote.  The state AG’s office also charged Pena with trying to influence votes in the Lansing City Council race.  Pena owns “Your Healthy Choice Clinic” in downtown Lansing.
