SOUTH HAVEN (WKZO) -- Van Buren County deputies need help from the public to find a missing foster care resident from Bangor who has been missing since Thursday.
Terry Flanigan, 57, and other members of the Beacon Adult Foster Home were staying at the Comfort Inn in South Haven as part of a program to get the foster care residents out into different, more social environments.
Flanigan has a history of mental illness and cannot attend to his basic needs. He is on medication that he needs to take daily.
Flanagan is 6'-1”, weighing around 290 pounds, balding, with patches of grey hair. He was wearing jeans, and a black and grey jacket.
